Lehigh University is a private research university in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It was established in 1865 by businessman Asa Packer. Its undergraduate programs have been coeducational since the 1971–72 academic year. As of 2019, the university had 5,047 undergraduate students and 1,802 graduate students.

With Bowstring Studios producing many of Lehigh University’s videos, they also offered their creative services to redesign their recruiting app. With their current app looking dated, Bowstring Studios offered to create a more modern style while adhering to Lehigh’s brand standards. Bowstring Studios designed and developed the app for the iPad, as well as an Adobe Flash app that works with both Windows and Mac OS, through a custom designed USB stick. The app offered information about the school, including courses offered, faculty profiles, and many more.
